Indrajit Mukherjee (DOE Lecture, Practice problemS)
Prof Mukherjee is an Associate Professor in the Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay, India.He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (India), M.Tech (QR &OR) from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. His research interests are in Manufacturing and Service Quality. His research is reported in many journals, such as European Journal of Operations Research, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Applied Soft Computing, Quality Engineering, Expert Systems with Applications, and Journal of Advance Manufacturing Technology.
Elmar Fedrow (lecture: what is quality)
Elmar Fedrow is a Quality Manager at Infineon Technologies AG and currently driving a Quality Excellence program. Since 15 years he is working within the field of semiconductor Quality Management topics. His various positions included a Quality Engineer for Integrated Circuits, a Quality Manager for Software and System Programs and the Quality Management as the head of a Customer Quality Support team. He holds a Precision- and Micro-Engineering degree from the University of Applied Science Munich and a Master of Business Administration from the Technical University Munich. Elmar Fedrow is a guest speaker in Quality Management at Technical University Munich.
