Would you like to have a conversation via Skype in Italian with an Italian native speaker in exchange for a conversation in your native tongue?

Many of you expressed the desire to practice Italian in live conversations with a native speaker; this is possible through websites that connect language learners around the world.

Here are a few options for finding a conversation partner to practice Italian with:

Mixxer

Our favorite site. Mixxer is very easy to use and navigate: you can create your profile and include a profile image of your choice. Mixxer also allows you to practice writing in Italian in exchange for helping others in your native language.

My Language Exchange

This site offers two levels of access: a free membership that can respond to conversation requests, and a “Gold Membership” for $2-6 a month.

 Wespeke
