音声録音方法
録音の形式と音声ファイルデータのサイズ
拡張子が .wav .wma .m4a .mp3 のデータをアップロードできます。
ファイルのサイズは5MB未満に設定してください。
Windowsでの音声録音
Windowsの場合、Vista／Windows 7／Windows 8／Windows 8.1に インストールされている「サウンドレコーダー」または、Windows 10に搭載されている「ボイスレコーダー」を使って録音できます。
1.「サウンドレコーダー」「ボイスレコーダー」の起動
Windows Vista／Windows 7 の場合
Windows Vista もしくは Windows 7 でサウンドレコーダーを起動する場合、「スタート」ボタンを押し、「プログラムとファイルの検索」のボックスに「サウンド レコーダー」と入力、表示されたアイコンをクリックしてください。
Windows 8 の場合
Windows 8 でサウンドレコーダーを起動する場合、「スタート」画面で「サウンド レコーダー」を検索してください。「サウンドレコーダー」は２種類表示されますが、赤いマイクではない方のサウンドレコーダーを選択してください。
Windows 10 の場合
Windows 10 でボイスレコーダーを起動する場合、「Cortana（コルタナ）」画面で「ボイスレコーダー」を検索し、表示されたアイコンをクリックしてください。
2.音声ファイルの録音
Windows Vista／Windows 7／Windows 8の場合
赤色の「録音開始」ボタンをクリックしてください。音声を録音し終えたら「録音停止」ボタンをクリックしてください。
Windows 10の場合
青色のマイクロフォンの形をしたアイコンをクリックしてください。音声ファイルは通常、Documents/Sound Recordingsの階層に保存されます。
Macでの音声録音
Macの場合、QuickTime X player （Mac OS X 10.6以降） をお使いいただけます。
1. QuickTime X player の起動
QuickTime X player を起動する場合は、「アプリケーション」から「QuickTime Player」と進んでください。
2.音声ファイルを録音する
「ファイル」から「新規オーディオ収録」とクリックした後、矢印をクリックしてマイクロフォンおよびファイル保存の場所を選択してください。そして、赤色の録音ボタンをクリックしてください。録音が終わったら、録音停止ボタンをクリックしてください。音声ファイルは指定フォルダに保存されます。
音声録音のためのソフトウェアとオンラインで利用可能なツール
オンラインで利用可能なツール
WindowsやMacのパソコンをお持ちでない場合や、録音機能を利用できない場合は、例えば次のようなオンラインのツールを代用いただけます。
- 123APPS: Voice Recorder （Adobe Flash Player の起動が必要）
- Vocaroo: Online Voice Recorder （Adobe Flash Player の起動が必要）
「Audacity」ソフトウェア
また、代わりに「Audacity」のようなオープンソースのソフトウェアを利用していただくことも可能です。

Format and file size:
The following audio file formats can be uploaded:
.wav .wma .m4a .mp3
The file size must be smaller than 5MB.
Audio Recording: WINDOWS
On Windows PC you can use the built in Sound Recorder (Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1) and Voice Recorder (Windows 10).
1. Launch the Sound Recorder・Voice Recorder
Vista and Windows 7
To launch the Sound Record in Vista or Windows 7 go to "Start" and type in "Sound Recorder" in the "Search programs and files" box. Click on "Sound Recorder"
Windows 8
To launch the Sound Recorder in Windows 8, type "Sound Recorder" in the start menu. Click on "Sound Recorder".
Windows 10
To launch the Voice Recorder in Windows 10, type in "Voice Recorder" in Cortana. Click on "Voice Recorder"
2. Record an Audio File
Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8
Click on the red "Start Recording" button. Record your audio and click on "Stop Recording" when you are done. Save the file to your preferred location.
Windows 10
Click on the blue microphone icon. Record your audio and click on the blue stop icon. The audio files are usually saved in the following location:
Documents > Sound Recordings
Audio Recording: MAC
On a Mac you can use QuickTime X player (Mac OS X 10.6 onwards).
1. Launch the QuickTime X player
To launch the QuickTime X player go to "Applications" > "QuickTime Player"
2. Record an Audio File
Click on "File" > "New Audio Recording". Click on the arrow to select your preferred microphone and choose the location to save files. Click the red record button. Record your audio and click the stop button when you are done. The audio files will be saved in your designated folder.

Online Resources
If the you don't have a Windows PC or Mac, or the default recording devices are not working correctly, you can use an online tool instead. Examples include:

Alternatively you could install some open source software such as Audacity.
