ZUBAIR ANWAR
Zubair Anwar is the Founder and Thought Leader at BIETS Centre of Excellence (www.biets.org), a professional training and management consulting organization. He is a senior management professional, with more than 22+ years of experience in leading and providing business solutions. He is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He holds a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering and MS in Engineering Management and has completed postgrad courses from renowned US universities.
Zubair has several international publications. He contributed to “The Sage Encyclopedia of Quality and Service Economy”, co-authored “The Certified Supplier Quality Professional – Handbook” and “The ASQ Supply Chain Management Primer”, contributed to the 7th Edition of “Juran’s Quality Handbook” and authored numerous research papers.
A longtime member of the American Society for Quality, he is currently on the ASQ Award Board and is currently the Quality 4.0 Committee Chair. His other activities include:

¾ Technical Reviewer for the World Conference on Quality & Improvement (WCQI) since 2016

Zubair has been featured many times by American Society for Quality for his global contributions. He is also a senior member at IEEE.
Zubair has extensive experience in strategy formulation & implementation, managing CAPEX/OPEX, program & project management and technology management in the service sector, as well he is experienced in the implementation of six sigma & quality systems in big organizations.

JEANIE LEE CHIN FANG
Jeanie Lee is an APAC Operations Manager at 3M and has worked for fifteen years in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management. She is a Certified LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt with proven tracked records on improvements in areas of Operations and Supply Chain. Jeanie holds a Master of Business Administration (Dean’s List) from IE Business School & Singapore Management University, and a Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (with Honors) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
JONATHAN WOOLFREY
Dr. Jon Woolfrey is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). He received a B.E. in Mechanical & Mechatronic Engineering with 1st class honors in 2015 from UTS, and a PhD in Engineering in 2020. He was first introduced to Lean Six Sigma working as a maintenance fitter for Precision Valve Australia. He then moved on to receive his Six Sigma Green Belt whilst working for Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) whilst completing his Bachelor's degree, and completed the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course with the UTS Business School whilst working on his PhD.
