Zubair Anwar

Zubair Anwar is senior management professional, with more than 21 years of experience in leading and providing business solutions. He is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB). He holds a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering and MS in Engineering Management and has completed postgrad courses from renowned US universities.
Zubair has extensive experience in Strategy Formulation/Implementation, CAPEX/OPEX and general management in the service sector, as well he’s experienced in the implementation of Six Sigma & Quality Systems in big organizations. He has leadership experience, including his participation in various Steering Committees, Taskforce, and as a general team member in cross-functional process improvement initiatives, benchmarking, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery projects.
In his capacity as an influencer, Zubair has several international publications; besides his role being Architect of Service Quality Wheel as new framework of Service Quality Body of Knowledge. He contributed to “The Sage Encyclopedia of Quality and Service Economy”, co-authored “The Certified Supplier Quality Professional – Handbook” and “The ASQ Supply Chain Management Primer”, and contributed to the 7th Edition of “Juran’s Quality Handbook”.
Besides being the Service Quality Division’s BOK Chair, Zubair is also a senior member at ASQ and IEEE, Technical Reviewer in World Conference on Quality & Improvement (WCQI) since 2016, and Adjunct Faculty and Guest Speaker at various universities and organizations. He has worked with several international consultants, including  Mckinsey, Boston Consulting BCG, Booze & Company, Ernst & Young, AT Kearney, and Detecon International. Through many of these initiatives, Zubair has received numerous commendations, and the appreciation of those he’s worked with.



Indrajit Mukherjee

       

Prof Mukherjee is a full Professor in the Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay, India.He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (India), M.Tech (QR &OR) from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. His research interests are in Manufacturing and Service Quality. His research is reported in many journals, such as European Journal of Operations Research, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Applied Soft Computing, Quality Engineering, Expert Systems with Applications, and Journal of Advance Manufacturing Technology.

Dr. Theo Wember

Theo Wember is working in the field of technical statistics as a free consultant for nearly 30 years, focusing on design of experiments (DoE), statistical model building and system reliability. He is doing training and projects in this area mainly for automotive suppliers (Bosch, ZF Friedrichshafen, Eberspächer,…), semiconductor companies (Global Foundries, Infineon, Osram, ELMOS,…) and others (CLAAS, Fraunhofer Gesellschaft,…). For camLine, he works on future developments of Cornerstone and as consultant for statistics and data analysis. Theo likes to work on the interface between statistical theory and practical applications, also lectures at universities and has written books how to do DoE and technical statistics with Cornerstone.

Elmar Fedrow

Elmar Fedrow is a Quality Manager at Infineon Technologies AG and currently driving a Quality Excellence program. Since 15 years he is working within the field of semiconductor Quality Management topics. His various positions included a Quality Engineer for Integrated Circuits, a Quality Manager for Software and System Programs and the Quality Management as the head of a Customer Quality Support team. He holds a Precision- and Micro-Engineering degree from the University of Applied Science Munich and a Master of Business Administration from the Technical University Munich. Elmar Fedrow is a guest speaker in Quality Management at Technical University Munich.
