Course Assessments
This course contains video comprehension questions, a mid-term exam (15 questions), and a final exam (20 questions).
VERIFIED LEARNERS: The mid-term exam counts for 40% of your final grade, and the final exam counts for 50%. The remaining 10% of the course grade comes from Participation (completing pre- and post-course surveys). You must pass with a 70% or above to receive your Verified Certificate.
Whether or not you are pursuing a certificate, you are encouraged to complete all of the assessments, as they are your opportunity to gauge how well you understand the material. Each video will have a series of corresponding comprehension questions. You will have two attempts at each question if it has multiple answers, and only one attempt if the question has only two answers or is true/false.
NOTE: You will see two versions of the mid-term and final exams in your Course Outline: one for learners on the Verified Track, and one for learners on the Audit Track. The questions are exactly the same for both tracks--but the Verified Track exam is graded for learners pursuing a Verified Certificate.
