Take a single master’s-level subject online

Do you already have an undergraduate university degree? If so, you might like to explore the law and economics of climate change further by studying a single online subject at the University of Newcastle, Australia.

In the postgraduate subject LAWS6038 – Law and Economics of Climate Change, Elena and Sven provide a deeper look at the content raised in this edX course and provide a range of international case studies to give you advanced and specialised knowledge of international climate policy implementations. This 10-unit law subject runs for 12 weeks. Classes will commence on 24 August, 2020.

You can choose to study as a non-award student, or for cross-institutional study. You must have already completed an undergraduate (bachelor-level) university degree. The English-language proficiency requirements are the same as for our Master of Environmental Law program.

To find out how to apply, fees, or to make further enquiries, please see the University’s information on non-award admission and cross-institutional study.
