1. WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR TAKING A COURSE ON EDX?
You need a computer with an Internet connection. We also recommend that you use the most recent version of any of the following web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer (last version).

EdX provides navigation instructions for its courses. To access these instructions, visit the course “DemoX”, and then click on Enroll Now. Once you log into your account, the instructions will be available in your active courses section under Demo Course.
4. DO PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO BE CONNECTED TO THE VIRTUAL PLATFORM AT SPECIFIC TIMES?
All course content will be available for participants to access at any time during the course.
In this course, there will be no mandatory online sessions in which the participants must be all present at the same time.
5. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WITH REGISTRATION OR ACCESSING THE COURSE?
Many of these issues are caused by problems with the web browser. We suggest you try the following:
• Download and install the latest version of Chrome or Firefox on your computer.

12. HOW TO ASK A QUESTION ON THE PARTICIPANT SUPPORT PAGE
- Go to the "Participant Support" page. Fill in the required fields (name, e-mail, course).
- Choose the subject of your question. When selecting a topic, additional information will be displayed to give you more details about the subject.
- If you still have questions, click on "Generate ticket" and, finally, on the "Send" button.
- The response time is 24 hours for weekdays and 48 hours for the weekend.
13. HOW CAN I FIND THE UTC (UNIVERSAL COORDINATED TIME) CONVERSION FOR THE TIME ZONE IN MY COUNTRY?

14. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I COMPLETE AN ACTIVITY?
In the Progress Bar, you can review the grade obtained in each of the activities. The blocks having a pen and notebook indicate that one or more activities there will be graded. The qualifying activities are the evaluation questionnaires and other activities indicated in the "Participant's Guide". Make sure you complete all the activities before the end of the course.
