WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR TAKING A COURSE ON EDGE.EDX?
You need a computer with an Internet connection. We also recommend that you use the most recent version of any the following web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer (version 9 or later).
CAN I ACCESS THE COURSE THROUGH MY PHONE OR TABLET?

EdX provides navigation instructions for its courses. These instructions are available when you click on this link and then click on Enroll Now. Once you log into your account, the instructions will be available in your active courses section under Demo Course.
DO PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO BE CONNECTED TO THE VIRTUAL PLATFORM AT SPECIFIC TIMES?
No. There will be no online classes with a specific time at which the participants have to be meeting simultaneously. The course platform will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, each participant will be responsible for carrying out the activities within the time periods stipulated.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WITH REGISTRATION OR ACCESSING THE COURSE?
Many of these issues are caused by problems with the web browser. We suggest you try the following:
