1. I’m having trouble uploading my document
- Check your file size - you can not upload files larger than 10MB
- Check your browser settings
- If you are using a public access computer or network, you may need to also check the network privacy settings.
2. I cannot download content on my computer/mobile device
- Check your software is up to date
- Make sure that you have adequate storage available on your device
- Check your wifi settings
3. I forgot to do the completion checklist/quiz/assessment before the deadline, can I do it later? You must complete all graded content before the due deadline. No extensions are possible.
4. I can’t view the videos/my video has no sound.
- Check your browser is up to date.
- Check whether your computer is subject to any network firewalls.
- Check your internet download speed is fast enough.
- Check your device’s sound settings. (If your equipment can not allow sound each video has a closed captions subtitle option and a transcript available.)
5. I can’t enter the chat rooms in Yo earth.
- To use Yo Earth you need to register and agree to our terms and conditions before you can access the chat rooms.
6. I enrolled in the course and saw there are assessments but I can’t view them
- Have you applied to be a verified course learner? You can only access graded content if you are on the Verified learner track. Enroll
7. What can I do if I still need technical support on accessing the course content?
- Please click on the “Discussion” tab and post your question under the Topic area, “Course support”.
