  • To share your new skills and knowledge with the world, securely through a dedicated link that edX provide.
  • To challenge yourself. Sometimes we all need that extra push. Working towards a certificate keeps you motivated.

If you want a Verified Certificate for this course, please upgrade BEFORE taking the Final exam (as the Final Exam is different for Verified learners). You can upgrade by clicking on the "Upgrade to Verified Certificate" link on the right of the Home page.

What does "verified" mean?

  • In order to get the Verified certificate, you have to let edX verify your identity.
  • Using a webcam, you'll take photos of yourself and your government-issued photo ID. EdX will evaluate your photos and verify that you're the person completing the course.

What is the international Law MicroMasters?

It's a series of four graduate level courses from the University of Louvain's Law Faculty, in Belgium. This program provides deep learning in the field of International Law and is recognized by employers for its real job relevance.

Learners who got the MicroMasters certificate may then apply to the University of Louvain offering credit for the MicroMasters certificate. If accepted, they can pursue an accelerated and less expensive Master’s Degree (Advanced Master (LL.M.) in International Law).
