1. HOW DO I EARN A CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT IN THIS COURSE?
Remember that taking this course is completely free,

2. WHAT IS A SELF-PACED MOOC?
A self-paced MOOC is a Massive Online Open Course, for which content is available for a period that varies between 3 and 9 months. This is different from an instructor-paced MOOC, where the content is made available weekly for a period of between 4 and 7 weeks, that is, for the exact period the course requires to be completed.
In a self-paced MOOC, students can register at any time between the publication of the course and the period in which it remains open, meaning participants do not necessarily have to start the course when the course is first made available. Learning is self-directed and independent, so that each participant defines her or his "own rhythm (self-paced)" to complete the course. The self-paced modality allows you more time to complete the course activities and obtain your verified certificate.
3. WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR COMPLETING THE COURSEWORK?
You must complete the activities and the questionnaires by November 15th, 2018 at 11:59 pm, Washington D.C. Time (November 16th, 2018 at 4:00 am UTC), which is when the course ends.
4. IF I INITIALLY CHOOSE TO AUDIT THE COURSE, CAN I UPGRADE TO VERIFIED CERTIFICATE AFTERWARDS?
Yes, you have until November 08, 2018 6:59 pm (November 08th, 2018 at 11:59 pm UTC) to do so.
5. WHAT HAPPEN IF I DO NOT FINISH THE ID VERIFICATION PROCESS OR I DO NOT PAY FOR THE CERTIFICATE BEFORE THE DEADLINE?
If you do not pay or do not finish the ID verification process of

6. WHEN AND WHERE WILL MY CERTIFICATE BE AVAILABLE?

7. CAN I CHANGE MY ANSWER TO A QUESTION AFTER SUBMITTING IT?
You have two opportunities to answer the questionnaires and practical exercises questions.
8. WHY DOES AN IMAGE OF A PEN AND NOTEBOOK APPEAR NEAR THE TOPICS MENU ON THE LEFT COLUMN OF THE SCREEN?
That means that there are questions to answer or an evaluation in that unit. You may answer all of the questions for the course until November November 15th, 2018 at 11:59 pm Eastern Daylight Time (November 16th, 2018 at 4:00 am UTC), when the course ends.
9. WILL THE COURSE MATERIALS BE ACCESSIBLE AFTER THE COURSE ENDS?
Yes. You will have access to the virtual platform and the course materials after the course ends, but you may not request a certificate at that time. However, the academic resources will be available at all times in my courses section (dashboard) of your
