What if I am having problems understanding the material, or simply want to master it better?

If you are having difficulties with the material, or simply want a more robust learning experience, we recommend the following two actions:

  1. Get the recommended textbook: "Marketing Analytics: Strategic Models and Metrics." The book contains readings for every module in the Marketing Analytics series, including worked-out examples on how to do problems. The book is also packed with examples and illustrations to relate the content to real-world problems. Again, the book is not required for completion of the course, but is a good reference for any learners looking to go deeper into the course content.
  2. Check out the Discussion Forums. Chances are good that the answer to your issue is being discussed at this very moment.

Where do I go for help with edX?

  • If you have technical questions about the edX platform, try using the 'Help' link on the top right of any page, or the 'Support' tab in the upper left side of every page.
